Digital Millennium Copyright Act Policy

Welcome to our website (the ‘Site’). We value and respect the intellectual property rights of others, just as we expect others to respect our rights. In accordance with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act, Title 17, United States Code, Section 512(c), a copyright owner or their representative may send a takedown notice to us through our DMCA Agent provided below. As an internet service provider, we can claim immunity from infringement claims under the “safe harbor” provisions of the DMCA. To submit a valid infringement claim, you must send a notice to us containing the following information:

Notice of Infringement – Claim

  1. A signature of the copyright owner or authorized representative;
  2. Identification of the copyrighted work that has been infringed;
  3. Identification of the infringing material to be removed, along with information to help locate it;
  4. Contact information for the complaining party, including name, address, email, phone number, and fax number;
  5. A statement that the complaining party believes in good faith that the material is being used without authorization;
  6. A statement that the provided information is accurate, and the complaining party is authorized to act on behalf of the copyright owner.

Section 17 USC §512(f) allows for civil penalties against those who knowingly misrepresent information in an infringement notification under 17 USC §512(c)(3).

Send all takedown notices through our Contact page by email for quick attention.

By submitting a claim, you acknowledge and agree that your identity and claim may be shared with the alleged infringer.
